Our Mission
Meadow Hills aims to promote the dignity and self — worth of our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We also strive to encourage our clients to maintain an excellent quality of life.
In promoting our clients independence, we provide them with opportunity to have some input into the type of services they intend to receive. This is achieved through meetings with the clients, their families and collaborating with other agencies involve to identifying individual needs.
Our Staff
Our staffs are the focal point of our business. We rely on the time and effort and high standard of care which all staff will be supported to uphold.
We are committed in the provision in depth induction, quality reflective practice and workshops, appraisals, supervisions, one to one ensuring that all members of staff have received adequate training and up to date support to enable them to provide the best quality of services.
We will adhere rigorous checks and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members in the organisation. during throughout the recruitment process and annual updates, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we intend to provide fair pay in line with inflation.
As a team we strive to work in a partnership with others, recognizing strengths and promoting the needs, interest and self-development of vulnerable people.
Training
Our staff are trained to the highest standards on and off the job as we will ensure that they keep up to date with annual and mandatory training which will foster safe practice.
All our staff are appropriately trained before they start work with us which will be during their 2 weeks induction. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff.
