Meadow Hills offers flexible services, available 7 days a week and we provide services ranging from few hours per day to round the clock, 24 hour care. Our policies have been developed and designed to meet the statutory requirements. We are working to the Quality Care Commission stands in the UK, which covers all aspects of staffing, managing and caring for our clients.

All our services are non medical in nature. Should you require medical assistance into the services we provide, we will be happy to work with you to co-ordinate these services and include them in your care plan.

High Quality and Wide Ranging Services

Meadow Hills introduces registered Care/ support workers capable of providing an ample range of high quality and comprehensive services on a short or long term basis.

Our services are divided into the following groups:

• Elderly
• Physical Needs
• Live-In- Service (Companionship)

Services Provided

Personal Care (Activities of living):

Tasks involve bathing, feeding and assistance with dressing, toileting/ incontinence management, meal preparation, manual handling and administering of medication. Length of visits could begin with a minimum of half an hour and could be extended depending on the needs of the client.

Night Sitting:

Provided to clients who may dislike the idea of being alone during the night. This would involve sleeping at the residence of the client, providing them with the reassurance that they are not alone whilst they sleep. They may also request assistance during the night.

 

Live Care:

Care on your terms, to your schedule in familiar, relaxed surroundings. Supported by a fully Live in care allows you or your loved ones to stay at home and enjoy one-to- one full time trained Live-in Carer who works to an individually designed care plan, many people find this one-to- one personal home care service ideal.

This assists in ruling out the option of placing the client in an extended family home or unfamiliar environment which may cause distress rather than happiness.

Cleaning/ Domestic:

Domestic services can provide assistance with nutrition, often through basic support tasks like accompanied shopping and helping prepare meals, whilst at the same time helping the individual to retain or regain key skills themselves. Choosing how to handle the care of a loved one in their later years is a difficult decision; you want to do what's best for your family. There is no right or wrong, every family situation is different.

 

Service Users With Complex Needs:

Carers provided care and assistance during the night.

Respite care:

Provided to carers who may need to be relieved of their duties continually caring for a loved one.

 

End of Life - Dementia Care:

Providing companionship to clients to prevent loneliness and isolation.

Companion / Befriending:

Providing one-off trips when clients need to be escorted to the hospital, shopping, the theatre, travelling etc. Palliative Care: For clients who may be suffering from incurable conditions, and may require end-of —life support in their homes.
