We are committed in the provision in depth induction, quality reflective practice and workshops, appraisals, supervisions, one to one ensuring that all members of staff have received adequate training and up to date support to enable them to provide the best quality of services.
We will adhere rigorous checks and DBS checks are compulsory for all the team members in the organisation. during throughout the recruitment process and annual updates, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we intend to provide fair pay in line with inflation
